Families with a child receiving medical treatment at any Edmonton hospital should contact a hospital social worker or a member of the child’s medical team for a referral.
To be eligible to stay, families will need a medical referral that is no more than 1 year old.
When you receive a referral, you will be placed on the room request list. All families will be contacted a few days before their requested date to confirm availability.
Please note that due to the unexpected nature of hospital stays, we often cannot guarantee a room until the day of the stay. Please contact our Family Services team at 780-439-5437, select Option 1 on the call directory, or dial ext. 8204. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.
Once a room becomes available, our Family Services team will contact you to schedule a time to check in. Please note that check-in times are between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Once checked in, our Family Services team will provide you with a tour of the House and answer any questions.
